Liquid nitrogen treatment pink spots?

I had a liquid nitrogen treatment about a week ago for some kind of flat warts, it was applied to a big part of my hands and now that some skin has peeled off I am noticing some whitish pink spots, I am black btw.
I am freaking out, will those go away or stay permanently :s?

I have melanoma carsinoma, my dr. says. He is trying to get rid of it by using liquid nitrogen to freeze it off. He did this a couple of months ago, and it grew back. He used the 'hot ice' again, this week.
This is dark purple,brown, pink. It is hard, with crusty features, about as big as a dime. It sticks up with the hard parts. I didn't misunderstand him.

If your insurance will approve Aldara....I would probably consider this prescription med since it is a treatment that you can use at home and works with your immune system to help clear visible warts.
Aldara can cause some side affects….just use the cream sparingly and use some like diaper rash cream to protect the skin around the warts.
